Refund and Returns Policy

We will be glad to provide every possible facility and service to our valuable customers. We are here to give a warm welcome to every customer even if they are not satisfied with the articles and want a refund or exchange. We do not strive to earn just money but loyalty and satisfaction of customers. Customers can have a refund or exchange according to the return and exchange policy of Y.brand.  

Our discounted items and other accessories are not exchangeable or refundable.

Return and exchange policy:

  • Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted on unused items with the original Y.BRAND’s tag within 7days after shipping.
  • Customer must have a copy of the invoice to return the goods and it is essential to mention the reason for the exchange or returning of items. Change of mind is not acceptable.
  • We will process the refund request within 3 days after analyzing your complaint and receiving the returned products.

Steps to follow for refundable or exchangeable products:

There are a few steps you need to consider while returning the products:

  1. After returning the item, you will receive an email or text sent to notify you that your product has been received. Further after inspection, you will be notified that either your refund is accepted or rejected. After completing the process, your refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account if the refund is accepted.
  2. Pack the items properly that you wish to exchange or refund and send it to us.
  3. Exchange items will require time for process and will depend on where you are residents.
  4. Make sure you use track-able or insured shipping service. You can use a courier service or a registered post at your own expense. In case of any incident, the company will not responsible.

Undeliverable Packages:

          Moreover, if we receive an undelivered parcel that often happens, we will re-ship it. Make sure that you provide correct and verified information while submitting information to avoid such problems. Cancellation of orders from our side is only possible if there is product shortage, errors in pricing or credit card are declined. It can also be canceled in case when customer do not pick up / reply to confirmation calls from call center staff.
