- Shipping Policy
At YBRAND.pk, we are committed to delivering your order with care, speed and reliability. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth from checkout to delivery. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.
- Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time may be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after that time may be shipped on the following business day.
- Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination city and courier operations. Delivery timelines may vary during sales, peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unexpected logistical delays.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. From time to time, YBRAND.pk may offer free shipping as part of special promotions or campaigns.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across selected areas in Pakistan for the convenience of our customers. COD orders are confirmed before dispatch and may be subject to verification by phone or message.
YBRAND.pk reserves the right to cancel or hold any COD order if confirmation is not received from the customer. Repeated failed COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
- Advance Payment Orders
For selected orders, high-value purchases, or special promotional items, advance payment may be required before dispatch. Orders paid in advance are processed once payment confirmation has been received.
Customers are requested to share valid payment proof where required to avoid delays in order processing.
- Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and other details are complete and accurate. YBRAND.pk will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Our courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt, depending on their policy.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where applicable. Customers can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of their parcel.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery. In cases where the parcel remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect address details, the order may be cancelled and returned.
- Exchange and Return Shipping
If an exchange or return is approved according to our return and exchange policy, shipping charges related to the return may be borne by the customer unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
In case of size exchange, customers may be required to pay the return and reshipping charges unless stated otherwise in an active promotion or policy update.
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original tags, packaging and invoice, where applicable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within the required claim period with clear images and order details. After verification, our team will guide you regarding replacement, exchange, or resolution.
- Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our best to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
